Codvexa1. Scope
This Delivery Policy applies to digital products sold on the Codvexa marketplace, operated by EDU SOFTWARE INFORMATICS DOO. Company and contact details are set out in our Imprint.
2. Delivery method and timeframe
Digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment confirmation, we aim to deliver your purchase (download links, licence keys, or access instructions) to the email address associated with your account within 24 to 48 hours. In exceptional cases (e.g. manual verification), delivery may take longer; we will inform you if so.
3. Access via account
After delivery, you may also access your purchased products from your account dashboard under "Orders" (or equivalent). It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on your account is correct and to check your spam folder if you do not receive the delivery email.
4. Non-receipt and support
If you have not received your product within 48 hours of payment confirmation, please contact us using the details in our Imprint, quoting your order reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, resend or provide alternative access.
