Codvexa1. Scope and provider
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Codvexa digital marketplace and related services. The service is operated by EDU SOFTWARE INFORMATICS DOO ("Provider", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Codvexa, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Company and contact details are set out in our Imprint.
2. Account and registration
You may be required to register an account to place orders. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Use of the service
You must use the marketplace in accordance with applicable laws. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, or resell, redistribute, or sublicense purchased digital products in a manner that violates the product licence or the seller's terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of breach.
4. Purchases, payment and delivery
Orders are subject to the product description, price, and licence terms displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed via our designated payment provider. Digital products are delivered by email or through your account within the timeframe stated in our Delivery Policy. Refunds for digital goods are at our sole discretion and subject to applicable law.
5. Intellectual property and licences
The Codvexa platform and its branding remain the property of the Provider or its licensors. Purchased products are licensed to you in accordance with the licence terms specified for each product; no transfer of ownership of the digital product itself is implied unless expressly stated.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service or purchased products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the service or your access in accordance with applicable law.
